Thanksgiving Cooking and Baking

To many Thanksgiving is the beginning of the Holiday Season, a happy time, keeps you going when the leaves are gone from the trees, the green from the yard and the farmers have turned the ground brown to finish their fall work and you have finished preserving every last thing from the garden.  A special time to begin the winter months and use some of the "bounty of the harvest".
